The Swedish police force undercover!

The 23 of February 2022 the Swedish parliament voted against the proposal that public official clerks shall be responsible for their actions when exercising administrative authority. This after 5 years of public enquiring appointed by the social democratic party.

The mission for the public enquiry was to “consider and take a standpoint if there shall be any culpability for public official clerks, and eventually provide basis for a law proposal”

The social democratic party appointed Anne Rapp (public official clerk) to be the chief investigator. Additionally, the party appointed Anders Alexandersson (public official clerk), Daniel Godman (public official clerk), Viveca Lång (public official clerk), Mikael Routsi (public official clerk), Torkel Schlegel (public official clerk), Solveig Sörlien (private lawyer), Eva Thunegard (public official clerk) as experts and Ani Arevian Sjöstedt (public official clerk), Johan Granfors (public official clerk) as special advisers.

concluded that the answer must be ……..no!

The committee has in their 405 pages commission report interviewed public prosecutors (public official clerks) and people employed by the union for public official clerks and concluded that the answer must be ……..no!

Beside the judges, there are no formal requirement for education. Whatever measure to be decided for the individual, if it is either to take the animals from a farmer, take the licence from a truck driver, or to take the childs from the parents, the interpretation prerogative is by the clerk. Hence it is natural that the clerk can’t be responsible.

The complete narrative rest on the possibility to appeal. Since the authority where to appeal to consists of public official clerks with additional experience from work for the social democratic secretariat and based on statistics, the possibility to win is nil.

However, when it comes to the delicious detention of children, the parents will not get to know the reason for detention since it is classified information in “good ambition” to protect the child.

For the Swede who have been raised by the institution and authorities this is natural. The respect for authorities apart from their parents is total. The social democratic party has managed to swap the Christian God with their authorities. You can often hear the Swede say things like They will do this, or they will do that, they will take care of us. It is a belief in an almighty higher power. Most probably the opposition in the Swedish parliament has the same framing, where it is impossible to question a committee report. A form for brainwash takes part during the institutionalized life for the average swede.

It starts with the characters in school. There is no possibility to appeal the characters you got even if the jerk in the bench beside you get higher score, thou he can’t spell his name.

Teachers in Sweden must be authorised by the school authority to be able to give characters. Since many municipalities don’t want to pay for educated teachers, they can hire anyone without education. If only one teacher in the municipality has education, that teacher can give the characters in all the schools within all different subjects. This is more than common in rural municipalities, and most people knows about it.

Sweden is a big country where most municipalities are far away from the centralized power in Stockholm. Withholding the narrative about the good society caring for all people is costly. When the state provided service disappears, the central power regulations force the municipalities to keep up with the ubiquitous control. In absence of a police force controversial measures are used to fight conventional criminality. The criminal individuals in small municipalities use to be well known.

Beside intermittent raids from Baltic organizations, a small number of local fast reproducing families tend to represent most of the conventional criminality. Burglary, production of moonshine, and assault is in the social democratic ideology a failure by the society. The main cause is said to be that they lack jobs. Hence the municipality employs the white trash, where 70% of the salary will be refunded by the state.

Swedish law makes an employment a lifetime obligation for the employer. An employment in a municipality is considered the safest haven there is. The always increasing number of laws and regulations produced by the social democratic party centrally will always keep the municipality organizations growing, to conquer the criminality among the citizens.

Or to fine someone 50 000 SEK monthly, who have put a roof and walls around his terrace. The public official clerks have the authority to issue servitudes, where someone who is not the owner have the legal right to access and develop land.

The public official clerks don’t need any education, don’t have any responsibility, with interpretation prerogative of the laws produced in Stockholm. They shall not be mixed up with the tribes in the exposed areas throwing stones at the police. The fast-reproducing families in rural areas with employment in the municipalities contributes to keep the social democratic rule of law.

People who commit crimes in Sweden are sent to jail. The word for jail in Sweden’s social democratic nomenclature is “fångvård”. A creation of a newspeak word by putting together two other words, where the direct translation is prison care.

Most conventional crimes are due to the ideology a failure by the society. Hence the detainees give the possibility to choose if he wants to work or study. The prisoner gives the opportunity to attend university programs without competition from people outside the prison. A considerable number of prisoners finalize their law studies during their sentence. This gives them a fair chance to a life as a public official clerk, in any of the almost 500 authorities, the government secretariate or somewhere else where their special talents are needed.

When the mullahs took the power in Iran, they gave all conventional prisoners free with the condition to work for the authority as public official clerks.

There is an axiom within the social democratic narrative that a person employed by an authority and with a title is above all doubt. Consequently, the only possible instance to appeal must be to his colleagues.

Due to Swedish law, to claim that a judge is biased, the assessment will be done by his colleagues in the same court. This is coherent with the lack of constitutional court. The political parties will assess their own wrongdoings in the constitutional assembly.

When the mullahs took the power in Iran, they gave all conventional prisoners free with the condition to work for the authority as public official clerks. The religious police abusing people who breach the sharia laws are former detainees from the previous government.
