You who have escaped from Ukraine. Perhaps you remember the soviet time. Or if are younger than 40 years, you have probably heard your parents speak about the happy communist society where individuals had no value. Just the proletariat mattered. Private ownership was banned and merely punished. The thought control was rigorous where anyone could be an informer. Your own children or relatives as well.

There are some facts you should know about Sweden before you decide where to escape.

• Sweden has been governed by one socialistic party for the last 100 years.
• The governing party members cried when the berlin wall fell.
• Sweden does not have any constitutional court.
• Almost half of the working population in Sweden is working in the authorities following up people’s behaviour or teaching the socialistic ideology in the public schools.
• All media is state owned and/or controlled by the social democratic party.

The constitution; is changed every now and then by the party, but right now it is as follows regarding the right to private property.

§15 Everyone's property is secured by the fact that no one can be forced to give up his property to the public or to any individual by expropriation or any other such disposal or to tolerate the general restriction of the use of land or building except where it is necessary to satisfy urgent public interests.

Anyone who, by expropriation or any other such disposal, is forced to give up his property shall be assured full compensation for the loss. Compensation shall also be secured for which the general public restricts the use of land or building in such a way that ongoing land use within the affected part of the property is significantly impeded or that damage is caused that is significant in relation to the value of this part of the property. The compensation shall be determined on the basis laid down by law.

However, in the event of restrictions on the use of land or buildings for health, environmental protection or safety reasons, the law applies to the right to compensation.

Everyone must have access to nature under the right of public access regardless of what is prescribed above. Law (2010:1408).

The wording in the constitution above is a recitation of exemptions from the right to private property. This is the only wording about protection of private property in all the Swedish over 4000 laws. The rest of the law text is exemption and restriction of the right to private property.

The law texts in the rest of the law describes the formalities for property as security for the banks, with focus on protecting the third party (the banks) from losses. This makes the owner of private property vulnerable. The only wording about protection of private property is what you can read in the constitution above.

The responsibility for the lender compared to the responsibility for the bank is uneven. If the private property owner can’t pay the mortgage, the law gives the bank the right to take the property. But the loans are still on the back of the lender.

If the bank sells the property for a lower price, this amount will be deducted from the private lender’s debt. The lender must now try to pay down the residual amount, but with new terms since the loan is not backed by any security. The bank is allowed to put any terms when it comes to interest for the loan and charges since the debt is not paid.

This is an intricate construction by the social democratic party to keep the power and manage an unofficial socialistic authoritarian regime.

Ownership of private property is not officially banned by the social democratic party.

Every person in Sweden has a personal identity number. The identity number is kept in the register of the authorities. The personal identity number is mandatory in all aspects of the society, from employment to mobile phone subscription, renting an apartment or to apply for a loan in a bank. Each personal number is given a credit score, that’s official trough the public registers.

When an individual default, the Swedish law is extremely generous. The claimant is allowed to charge whatever amount as penalty without limitations. The debt will increase rapidly.

Authoritarian regimes are associated with prisons and torture. Democratic nations don’t. Democratic nations care about people and the nature. With regards to this care there are a lot of laws implemented to protect people, nature and other values which is fashionable for the time being from the mankind.

These laws are tightly connected to ownership of private property. The owner of the property is responsible in front of the law hence he can be fined. The fines nominal value is always at the level where the property owner will be financially whipped off and put into default. But this is no problem in Sweden since all people are guaranteed somewhere to stay in the night and food vouchers from the social welfare clerk.

There is no way out. By the personal number, the debt will be like a sentence to the gulag for a life time. Dependent on the goodwill of the social security clerk, who will arrange for shelter for two weeks at a time. The individual must take his or her children out to the street while waiting for the clerk to address the new application for accommodation.

The people from the 1990 crise who default when the interest rate reached 500% are now in retirement age. They still carry the debt and suffer hard since the pension will not be due to serve the rucksack of debt always increasing faster than the inflation.

The Swedish social democratic party keep on telling the world about the exemplary Swedish society. Why do they have to keep saying that the captain is sober?

Like the nurse in the Stephen King story Misery who care for the poor guy from the traffic accident. The Swedish society care is nothing but the most cynical way of keeping the power for the social democratic party, while tracking and put dissidents into default. Specially with the level of tax; in Sweden.

The Swedish law gives the authorities a bouquet of possibilities to fine citizens in the most arbitrary ways. People who own property are the aim for the social democratic lawsuits. The 4000 laws under constant revision will make sure that anyone can be filed in court, economically erased, and sent to the Swedish gulag of personal numbers.

The checkist does not work on the streets. The checkist works in the almost 500 authorities, the 290 municipalities, the board of the district council, or the authority for domestic defence. By the personal number, the official registers of income and debt and owners of property. They will track when the debt to property values goes beyond the level what is considered ideologically unacceptable.

If a dissident doesn’t own any property there are other laws to cover up. The party’s concerns of children;, animals, or hurting the feelings of minorities will do as well.

In the Case study #1, the land survey authority, decide that the property of an owner shall be utilized by someone else. The owner of the property is charged in court. The court case aims to ruin the property owner in the name of democracy.

Is that the
