Still the biggest energy company in the world measured by profit!

Uniper is a German power company that originates from EON. All power production considered not good enough within Eon, by the dough brains was put in Uniper. All fossil power plants together with 30% of the Swedish national grid and heaps of other candies.

Uniper is the biggest energy company in the world if we compare them by revenue. They own considerable assets in almost all European countries. In addition, they have assets in the Eastern Europe, but the Russian assets was seized by Russia due to the War. Uniper is also part owner of the North Stream 2, as well as the new LNG reception facilities for ship loaded LNG.

2022 the German state must rescue Uniper due to trading losses when the LNG price eightfold after the blow up of the North stream. Uniper had sold electricity on long contracts where they lose a lot of money when the LNG price soared. Already 2023 UNIPER makes a profit of 6 billion Euros!!!!!!!

The German state now owns 98% of UNIPER which is not in line with the EU laws, hence the German state is obliged to sell off their majority stake in UNIPER until 2028.

What is interesting is that the owners, the German “government” appoints a new Chief Financial Officer for UNIPER Jutta Dönges. Jutta have previously been working for Goldman & Sax 1997-2010, The German branch of “Scandinaviska Enskilda Bank” SEB until 2013. After that she was engaged with rescuing of the German banking sector. You know the sector that is too dumb to survive, but too big to fail.

Let us look at the fantastic setup for refinancing of the UNIPER debt, when they have a revenue of 6 billion Euros. Negotiated by Jutta Dönges some 3 billion Euros in rollower credit has been so called “sustainability linked credit”. With other words if UNIPER “which is from the beginning the fossil fuel part of Eon”, don’t become CO2 neutral within a stipulated time, the banks will get a lot better paid for their credits. Hmm let’s take it again. Uniper will pay a lot more for their credit to the banking sector if they don’t manage to be a zero emission company. Press release

Why shall the banks get more money if a company which is shed from Eon as the fossil fuel branch, serving the German people with electricity, don’t becomes CO2 neutral. The only purpose with UNIPER was to own and manage the fossil power production that remained in Eon.

The law must be clear in Germany as in all other countries that the only mission for a company is to make profit for their owners. UNIPER is the most profitable energy company in the world. The owner, the German people, must have the right to get profit from UNIPER. Not the syndicate of banks.

UNIPER is the failing link when Captain Scholz with copilot 360 degree Baerbock navigate the Bundesrepublik Deutschland back to the medieval age. The fact is that UNIPER is the saviour that can produce electric power when there is no wind.

I suggest that after the election 2025 in Germany when the toxic mix of environmental fundamentalists and evil socialists are out of power, a special court shall be setup. This for trial and prosecution of Jutta Dönges. Together with the rest of the supervisory board emanating from the banking sector. It is not within the mandate for the management of a state owned power company to line the pockets of the bankers.

The nationalization of UNIPER is against the European law. The company must be on the public market ASAP and the profit belongs to the owners. Be aware of whatever scam the German kamikaze politicians are putting up to save their pink asses when it is blowing. Excuse me….. when it is not blowing.

About Simple Con tricks

When the entire western world looks at the Swedish political system as a role model. Be aware that what you see is not what there is. The first victim within a failing ideology is the truth. Even at the verge of ruin Sweden will look like a good example from outside. The socialistic propaganda machine is efficient and always kept in a good order.
