Where does the European communities red line for democracy go? What is the definition of a one -party state autocracy in the context of democracy?

The social democratic party controls one of the biggest banks in Sweden, trough the former prime minister Göran Persson as chairman of the board and Jens Olof Henriksson as CEO, with a past in numerous social democratic governments. The social democratic party has always rejected to reveal, from where the party fundings are coming.

The “cooperativa förbundet” KF is a voluntary association controlling about 50% of the food and retail sector in Sweden. KF does also include the OKQ8 petrol stations. KF is under direct control of the social democratic party.

This will also be of importance when another political party is competing about the votes, which mainly belongs to the social democratic party by tradition.

One of the biggest insurance companies in Sweden “Folksam” is controlled by the social democratic party. If there is a conflict between the insurance company and an insurance client, the case will be handled by a political assigned committee.

The voluntary association HSB is controlling the living of 445000 swedes, who are members. Mainly the member the one in the family who pays the rent. The rests of the family who lives in the apartment does not require membership. Hence the HSB might control the living conditions for about 2 million of the swedes 10 million inhabitants. HSB is controlled by the social democratic party.

Members of the competing party can easily find themselves in a precarious legal situation with regards to almost every concern of living in Sweden.

The laws in Sweden are to a certain extent made with regard to the voluntary associations, which are controlled by the social democratic party. Hence the interest of the individual is not mentioned since the cooperation’s are considered to be above all doubt, in line with the socialistic ideological frame of the social democratic party.

This will also be of importance when another political party is competing about the votes, which mainly belongs to the social democratic party by tradition. As a tradition of the most developed democracy in the western world, Sweden has the interpretative prerogative of democracy. Hence it is not a surprise that the V-DEM report is a product from a Swedish university.

The university of Gothenburg has a long tradition of independency. The professors are enthroned by a committee from numerous different universities worldwide. The foundation of the university of Gothenburg is by old donations, which are so well managed that no doubt of the scientific independency will be possible. Or?

The university of Gothenburg is funded by tax money, according to decisions from the Swedish government. The professor title is an employment and not an academic title. The person to be inaugurated as professor is decided by the Swedish government, mainly the social democratic party for the last 100 years. The funding of the science is mainly by tax money, provided by the Swedish social democratic government.

The conclusions in the report that all countries that are not governed by a socialistic regime is considered as not democratic maybe can give us a hint.

When we look into the V-dem report of 2021. What is interesting is the methodology they present. The methodology is to aggregate judgements of experts all over the world. The word expert is repeated 15 times and expert’s are repeated 21 timers in the report. The word experience and education are each mentioned 2 times.

The criteria to be an expert is not mentioned. The conclusions in the report that all countries that are not governed by a socialistic regime is considered as not democratic maybe can give us a hint.

There are reports of people who have been critical to the social democratic dogmas on internet, where their accounts in Swedbank have been closed. The official reason has been suspicion of terror funding.

The university of Gothenburg has an old tradition of adult bullying. Several scandals have been revealed where the employed researchers have been close to commit suicide after systematic harassment from the management and other employees.

The university includes the institution for pedagogy, in which Swedish teachers must be graduated to be accredited for teaching in the Swedish school system. The institution has not published any peer reviewed scientific report until now. They don’t cooperate with any other scientific disciplines nationally or internationally. The science is a product of the dogmas from the social democratic party.

Sweden has a long tradition of issue different prices to the science of what is the socialistic ideology in a scientific wrapping. For example, the economy price in memory of Alfred Nobel.

Now over to the democracy in Sweden. There are reports of people who have been critical to the social democratic dogmas on internet, where their accounts in Swedbank have been closed. The official reason has been suspicion of terror funding.

Another speciality for Sweden is the spurious court cases.

This for lifelong Swedish citizens, where the banks and the tax authorities have a track record from their client’s entire adulthood. Of course, we are happy that the party via their bank are serious with our safety.

With the developed Swedish system of personal numbers, internet banking together with the almost cashless transfer system. There is mainly only one bank in each city that provide cash handling. To get the account closed by the bank put the individual in a precarious situation. Bills that are not paid in time, the claimant has the legal right to charge whatever amount he wants in penalty. That’s the Swedish law. After appeal in court the client will probably get their account back, maybe already within a year.

The V-dem report don’t mention anything about this. Maybe the experts are blind at that eye.

Another speciality for Sweden is the spurious court cases. The Swedish law has some 4000 laws which are under constant revision by the government secretariate. The law text developed under 100 years of socialistic governance is hardly known by the public.

The constitution is weak with regards to individuals since it is made in the spirit of socialism with focus on the collective.

Most of the court cases are within the area of ownership. The one who has private property is vulnerable to a case where the cost to defend yourself widely outrun the value of the property. This makes the defendant ruined, in addition to the often long exhausting process that can be going for up to 10 years.

The constitution is weak with regards to individuals since it is made in the spirit of socialism with focus on the collective. But anyhow, Sweden does not have any constitutional court, which makes it useless anyway.

The European community must be grateful to Sweden, providing so much good science in various areas concerning democracy and all other scientific matters. The soft values are provided with figures in fancy coloured reports. It must be a real resource for the democratic process in the European community, especially now when Hungary and Poland try to get out of the line.

Why don’t Poland and Hungary put their scientists and lawyers to screen the Swedish constitution and democracy. I am eager to help!
