Bellybottons

An article in the newsletter from the Umbrella Organization for entrepreneurs (Svenskt Näringsliv SN). The article article describes how the migration authority throws out a guy from Sweden after he have graduated in a Swedish university.

The reason is that his salary is too low. In this case he started an enterprise together with two other guys, but since the enterprise is just started, there are not enough money to pay a salary equal to a CFO in other companies.

There have been a number of similar stories by SN the last years. An example was a guy who did not get exactly the holiday allowance stipulated in the collective agreements some years earlier. It was an obvious mistake by the employer, but the guy was rejected work visa by the immigration authorities and must leave the country.

What laws do the migration authority base their decision on. Why are those laws established, and what is the work behind the laws?

The journalist Stina Bengtsson is probably educated in one of the state schools for journalists. The article describes the case as something that occurs by nature and default. She refers in her bellybutton article to another employee at (Svenskt Näringsliv) Amelie Berg who concludes that the law is the law.

They both concludes the fact that Sweden gives this guy an education at a university just to throw him out for a reason that make no sense. The ruminant readers have been through the same Swedish educational system and react with the same affect as a cucumber.

Why do the social democratic party want 2 million people on dole money for the rest of their lives?

If Stina Bengtsson was not educated first 3 years at the upper secondary school in the “science of the Swedish society”, and then 3 years at the university for journalism, she might had asked the question why!

What laws do the migration authority base their decision on. Why are those laws established, and what is the work behind the laws?

Another interesting question is who look five years back and report that the guy did get 50 euros less holiday allowance?

What is the consequence for all the 2 million immigrants the social democratic party has brought to Sweden? The biggest risk for them to be rejected a visa is obviously if they get employed. Why do the social democratic party want 2 million people on dole money for the rest of their lives?

The laws in Sweden are primary a tool for maintaining the power of the union and the social democratic party.

Another interesting question is who look five years back and report that the guy did get 50 euros less holiday allowance than others in his category, and how is the category decided. If the salaries for immigrants shall follow the Swedish bureau of corrupt statistics SCB SCB, the employer must pay the refugee 1,5 times what he pays a native swede.

The laws in Sweden are primary a tool for maintaining the power of the union and the social democratic party. All laws have a crux implemented to be interpreted by an authority. The crux is an arbitrary statement to provide space to change the precautions according to what the social democratic party needs for the moment.

The social democratic party use to appoint their most loyal people as general managers in the authorities. An example is Dan Eliasson in the migration authority, the Swedish police force, the authority for civil defence and so on.

The Swedish immigration law 2005:716 chapter 6 § 2 point 2 state that “a work permit can be admitted if the salary, insurance protection and other terms for employment is not less than Swedish collective agreement or praxis for the profession or the branch”.

This is the typical crux that will give the adequate room for an authority to interpret. The union has the interpretation prerogative to the “collective agreement” to start with. The collective agreement is not the law, but an agreement the employer or the employee don’t need to be a part of. The collective agreement gives the union and the social democratic party authority in the company that goes far beyond what is common in democracies. The collective agreements are by nature loose in their writings since the interpretation prerogative is by the union.

The social democratic party is a labour party hence any new permitholders shall preferably be a part of their voter segment.

The clerks employed by the immigration authority must do the interpretation of the collective agreement under supervision of the social democratic general manager, and his staff of leaders from the party, in order to evaluate if the applicant can be permitted a work permit or not.

The social democratic party is a labour party hence any new permitholders shall preferably be a part of their voter segment. If the applicant is self-employed or work in a branch not defined by the union as a worker, the clerk must strictly use his imagination to provide for the rule of law that is the basis for all authority in Sweden.

With some help from the authority management, numerous of internal educations, and the culture formed in the authority the applicant can be sure his application will be treated with the outermost respect for the rule of law.

The journalist employed at the SN has no reason to question the current state. She can report about the case but must be outermost careful when reporting. There are a lot of journalists making hamburgers at Mcdonalds, since education is freely provided by the state of Sweden.

Beside all media in Sweden needs subsidies from the state, hence the content must comply with the agenda.

Who is controlling the agenda for the umbrella organization, and how easy is it for the party to place their peers in the board? Most people in Sweden who care for themselves does not have the resources to attend board meetings in the centre of Stockholm.

The past year summary

The Swedish social democratic government has constituted 1344 new laws during 2021. The committee reports for law changes are 2144. This will probably provide for even more new laws for 2022. Since Sweden don’t have any constitutional court the law diarre goes beyond any sense. When the government suggest a new law, the opposition must be in majority for the law to be rejected.

If we estimate that each committee report has ten pages in average. Twenty-one thousand four hundred forty pages to read, understand, and conclude during a year. There are by no means possible for the opposition, who don’t have access to the government secretariate, to make any sense out of the vast amount of text, nor can journalists or lawyers.

We can for sure brace for another century with the social democratic party in the government.

Happy New Year
