Who care about palliative care?

The explanation how Sweden can give their oldest people a mortal shot of morphine without any examination of a doctor and call it palliative care.

All institutions in the perfect society of Sweden are based on the idea that a collective conscious automatically make things right. The democratic way of decision making where a group of people gather in a committee will always form ethically correct decisions aiming at the best for the most.

First, we must look closer to the swede herself. All swedes have been institutionalised since their first year of life. The kindergarten is subsidised and almost mandatory since the social democratic party has decided that it is a human right to work. The tax burden makes it impossible for one parent to stay home with their children.

The toddlers are taken care of by specially trained personnel. The education for caring of children is 3 years with the possibility to specialize with an additional year to be a superior. The curriculum is developed by the Swedish institution for pedagogic science, under close supervision of the social democratic party. The party installs the professors.

Additionally, the drivers licence education gives us training to accept the systematised corruption. You are allowed to try to practice driving yourself. But if you apply for the test as private you will never pass whatsoever. The authority testing your driving skills makes it clear that the only way to pass is trough traffic schools. Beside to submit to the traffic school is the only way of getting the set of training tests that is necessary to pass the theoretical part. The traffic school association works in close cooperation with the testing authority with the common goal of reducing deaths in the traffic.

Anything you want as an adult you need the specific set of education, where the socialistic values are repeated.

If the swede wants for example to play golf or practice horse jumping, there are similar educations with theoretical test sessions covering wide aspects within the area of socialistic ideology and the merit to notifying others who don’t adhere to the common values.

The swede is now a member of the workforce. The 3-year secondary education for caring of elderly people will give you a position in the municipality care home hopefully close to where you live.

If you still have the guts to go against the group you are working with

Your work is based on routines and instructions from your superior. You are convinced that your society is the best in the world, and all superiors are good. The law and the democratic institutions are the best in the world and all decisions are made up for the common good by highly educated people and based on science.

All people are prone to work in groups, where the personal responsibility is kind of diluted. When you are free you spend 4 hours a day watching the state television, easy entertainment mixed with subtle propaganda.

If you still have the guts to go against the group you are working with, your superior, your employer the municipality where you live.

You get the feeling that something is wrong, the whistle-blower laws come in to help you. The law states that you must first of all be loyal to your employer. This is also stated in your employee agreement. This means that you must take up your concerns with your superior. If nothing happens you have the right to go to the newspapers anonymously!!! This is one of the special tricks of the Swedish model. Since you have already mentioned your concerns for your superior, he or she will know who leaked to the papers.

If you then find out that your employer harasses you or in any other ways force you to quit your position, you can take your employer to one of the Swedish special courts. This process will take at least 2 years, cost you a lot of money.

You have the right to continue within your position during the process!!!! Of course, you have your union during the process against for example a Swedish municipality. But do not forget the strong connections between the union and the social democratic party. The party is probably in charge also in the municipality employing you.

All looks good from outside, but there is always a crux empowering the social democratic party.

Now there are 2 alternatives. One, you win and can stay with your position with your employer, who might need to pay you a minor liquidated damage, or you can ask your employer for a statement of service and try to find another job. But since all caring of elderly is provided by the municipality you might need to relocate to find an employer who will take you int to their organization.

If you lose your case, you must pay your own expenses and the cost of your employers lawyers. In any case you are fucked on the market for care personnel, and the process has probably made you become a human wreck.

Beside you need another 3 year education to apply for another work, such as teller at the grocery store, or cleaner at the public school.

You are protected by the word of the law, but in the reality, it is worth noting. This is how the Swedish model is working in common. All looks good from outside, but there is always a crux empowering the social democratic party.
